Martyn's Law - your organisation may need to consider the terrorism threat to its venues and take appropriate steps to prepare and respond.

Martyn Hett was tragically killed alongside 21 other individuals in the Manchester Arena terrorist attack in 2017. This tragic event has inspired an important piece of legislation - The Draft Terrorsim (Protection of Premises) Bill (known as Martyn's Law). This legislation is expected to become law in 2024.
